Review: This is one of the best South - Jersey spots for Channel cats and Largemouths. Use hot dog, corn, or nightcrawlers for optimum results. On 7/31/14 I caught a 9lb channel cat with hot dog. Carp are decent, I've never caught one, but have seen other fishermen land them with corn and boilies. Trout are only in stocking season. I don't know for sure, but there might be yellow perch. Also, I heard rumors of pike. Great spot for the kids to go for sunnies. Big bass, channel cats, and carp. Good luck!
